20th December 2015 - 3rd January 2016
Sunday 20 December 2015, at 18:00, in the exhibition rooms of the "Porta Coeli" International Art Gallery in Venosa, an event will be held that will combine fashion and artistic jewels. The protagonists of the initiative are the stylist Moreno da Venosa and the artist Manuela Telesca.
Porta Coeli, always attentive to the different forms of art that contemporary gives us, and always ready to meet new artistic challenges, organizes and presents this event, entitled "L'Opération Magique".
During the Vernissage, which will be attended by Moreno and Manuela, there will be a brief introductory moment of the evening during which the director of the gallery Aniello Ertico, the artist Giovanni Cafarelli and the art historian Merisabell Calitri who took care of the review critical.
The creativity of Maestro Moreno da Venosa, dresses the woman in one of the most significant moments of her life, that of marriage. Dressing the bride is like telling the beauty of a dream, and the Venusian stylist does it with grace and elegance. Soft lines and refined fabrics are the prerogatives of a meticulous and attentive work to every detail.
Manuela Telesca creates unique jewelry, which once worn, will rediscover to each woman their essence and will return to be the protagonist of itself and its future.
Two worlds and two visions of different femininity but united in research and the desire to give emotions. The soft lines of silk and the hardness of metals, lace and laces on one side, metals and stones on the other, meet in a unique and striking emotional impact. The delicacy of the thread combines the fabrics, the strength of the fire and the jewels.
As the director of the gallery writes in his introduction this "It's not a preview! The symbiosis between contemporary art, artistic jewels and fashion is experimented and certified effectively ". Porta Coeli chooses to present them together in their uniqueness and to show all the expressive power that comes from it, because - writes Aniello Ertico - "The princess knows how to use the sword while remaining very delicate".
An appointment that is a eulogy to the beauty and elegance of an ancient but always current dream.
The exhibition will be open until January 3, 2016.
is not merely a place: it is an avant-garde idea generated and nourished in an Italian province, quite far from huge capitals.
